We are open all summer and winter for bookings.
The reservation office, based out of season in Meribel, is open every day Monday to Friday from 20 June onwards.

From the start of the season each resort will have their own office. These are operational all day everyday 0830 to 1900.

Bookings can be made either online via our website, via an email enquiry or telephone call to our office.

As some of our classes are very popular all season long we recommend pre-booking of all lessons as early as possible. It is particularly important to stress this to clients booking for school holidays that they should book their lessons at the same time as their accommodation.

Booking procedure

We have a relatively automated booking system that is web based, accordingly an email address is essential for booking although fax can be used.

In order to make a booking we need the following details:

Name of each client
Name of tour operator if relevant
Children's date of birth imperatively and a rough idea of adults age
Levels (ski or boarding)
Arrival dates
Address in resort
Type, time and frequency of lessons required
Mobile phone number
An email address for the person dealing with the reservation.

Between two and one weeks before the first lesson we also send an automatic reminder by email of the lessons booked again detailing the location of our meeting point.

On receiving a booking enquiry we check availability and reply by email with a booking proposal form showing exactly what lessons we propose, the times, dates, levels (if groups), prices and meeting point. (See example attached).

This form is a reservation proposal not a confirmation. If you wishes to accept this proposal and in order to confirm it, we require confirmation with full payment from you. If a proposal is not confirmed within 3 days these lessons unfortuatly will not be held. If you have a problem then please contact us to ask us to hold on!

Confirmation and payment can be made in a number of ways

Either automatically by clicking onto the hypertext link that is attached to the email sending the booking proposal. This link takes you to your own personal page on Paybox so that they can enter your credit card details and make a secure online payment.
By filling in the space on the booking proposal form with your credit card details and faxing it or scanning and sending it back to us;
Or by ringing the office and giving us your card details by phone.

Upon receipt of payment we send confirmation of payment of booking including location details.
In Resort/Visits (weekends only)

If you arrive on a weekend we will try and visit you in your chalet to confirm everything and give you lesson details, names of instructors, meeting places etc and explain anything you're not sure about. If we don't get to visit you personally we hope you will either pop into the shop or to speak to you on the phone.

If for some reason we don't make contact before hand, we have one of our office staff or a technical director at the start and finish of all lessons to introduce instructors and sort out any last minute bookings and make sure things run smoothly.
